Your booking can be secured through the online booking engine bedandbreakfast.it you can reach via our website. (see also the main menu). You can also book directly with a phone message (+39 331 4372772) or by sending us an e-mail. K34 B&B will confirm your booking via a message to your email address. If you do not get our confirmation message within 2 working days, please get in touch with us. If we do not hear from you, we will presume you have received our confirmation message.
Milano City Council Tourist tax – euro 3,00 per person/night - is not included in the K34 B&B fares. Further information available at Comune di Milano
Unfortunately we are unable to provide disabled access. The B & B is located in a small house built in 1925 with no elevator and guests rooms are at the first floor.
Arrival:
Check-in is available from 13.00 to 21.00. However you are kindly asked to let us know your arrival time by the day prior to your arrival. Together with your room key, you will get the gate key and the front door electronic key, and you will be totally free to get in and out the B & B as you prefer.
Departure:
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 AM. Luggage deposit for a later pick-up is available but should be always asked in advance and confirmed by the K34 B&B.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served and/or is available between 8,00 AM and 10,00 AM.
All Guests are required by law to be registered with the Italian authorities. You are therefore kindly required to show your personal ID document for registration. No other person, then the registered Guests, should enter the B & B at any time and in any circumstance.
Our B & B is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and first aid kit. The house is protected by security doors and iron grills in all windows.
In our B & B rooms you can enjoy the ideal temperature at all seasons as you prefer, with the inverters and self-regulating radiators.
At the K34 B&B we pay particular attention to respect for the environment and we have been classified Gold Level by TripAdvisor's EcoLeader program
Our guests can access the B & B's dedicated Wi-Fi network from your devices. Details and password are available in the rooms.
Large double-glazed windows with rounded and hand-pressed security grilles, electric shutters, original heat-insulated velux skylights parquet and mini wooden stairs to access the internal mezzanines Intercom in the lobby.
Linen:
Sheets, towels and bath mats are provided. The beds are equipped with memoryfoam mattresses and pillows. In winter we prefer to provide duvet instead of blankets because it is a much more hygienic solutions and this allows us to offer our guests a comfortable and clean environment.
Bagni:
Each bathroom has a hairdryer and a soap dispenser for handwashing. The courtesy kit comes with single-use slippers, shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, hygienic set.
Guests who want the room cleaning service should allow the right time and leave the premises free for such cleaning. The bed linen (sheets, mattress cover and pillowcases) and the bathroom linen (personal shower mat, small, medium and large towel) are generally replaced every 3 days. However we can provide its replacement at any time of the stay, if required. Without unnecessary linen changes we can save water, electricity and detergents: less pollution and more respect for the environment!
A parking space is available in the garden which is subject to availability and must be requested when booking. Outside the B & B it is possible to park on the street for free from 20.00 to 08.00; during the day the hourly rate is € 2.00. On Sundays parking is free.
It is not possible to smoke in the rooms and inside the B &B but you can smoke outside, in the garden or under the gazebo.
